THE NAIS ROTTERDAM LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL CURRICULA

Lower secondary school students at NAIS Rotterdam follow the International Middle Years Curriculum and our bespoke NAISR Pre-IB programme. As well as developing our learners’ breadth and depth of knowledge across the specialist subjects, our curricula nurture individual strengths and interests, and shape the attributes needed for success on either the IB Diploma or NAISR High School Diploma.

OUR INTERNATIONAL MIDDLE YEARS CURRICULUM

The International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) supports our students’ transition from primary to lower secondary education. At this vital stage in their development, the IMYC offers a holistic education that encourages exploration and discovery, nurtures individual talents, and provides rigorous academic teaching in specialist subjects.

Our NAISR Pre-IB Curriculum is specifically designed to prepare our students for the challenges of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme or NAISR High School Diploma at 16.
