Donna is also a personal trainer and sport massage therapist, and she will be speaking with us about menopause. The Third Age refers to the time after a woman has gone through menopause, when she still has up to a third of her life left. During the session, Donna will discuss the different stages of menopause, the variety of symptoms, potential impact on mental health, and the support options available. Coming together to share experiences offers a great platform to support one another.
The session will take place on Tuesday, April 25th, from 8:00am-9:00am in the Forum, and it will be hosted by the Community Group and guest speaker Donna Howarth.
