Term 3 CCA Programme

We are delighted to announce that the Term 3 CCA Programme for students will commence on Monday, 24th April.

At BIS Abu Dhabi, we place significant emphasis on the importance of co-curricular activities. We endeavour to offer an extensive range of engaging, challenging and enjoyable CCAs for students to access.

Further information about our external provider programme will be shared on Monday, 3rd April. Please contact the external provider to book your place within their programme.

Please be aware of the following CCA information:

Date and Time	Information
8.00am Monday, 3rd April	CCA booking system opens.
12.00pm Wednesday, 12th April	CCA booking system closes.
13:00pm Friday, 14th April	Please check if your child has been successfully registered for their chosen CCA’s.
8.00am Saturday, 15th April	CCA Bus system opens.
17.00pm Monday, 17th April	CCA Bus system closes.
Saturday/Sunday 22nd/23rd April	CCA Bus confirmation information will get sent to parents.
Monday, 24th April	Term 3 CCAs start.
Friday, 23rd June	Term 3 CCAs finish.

Students are selected for the BIS Abu Dhabi CCAs clubs at random and it is not a ‘first-come, first-served’ system during the registration process. If your child is not successful in some of their choices of CCAs, there are waiting lists that are formed automatically. Parents will be contacted if a space becomes available.
