At St Andrews International School Bangkok, we believe in making a difference together. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our community, the Eco Beasts’ Paper Bag Project has been a huge success! Over the past few weeks, students, parents, and staff have worked together to collect hundreds of reusable paper bags for the Uniform Shop. By bringing in clean, good-quality bags from home, we’ve taken a meaningful step towards reducing waste and promoting sustainability on campus.
What We Achieved Together:
Special Thanks
We couldn’t have done it without our amazing students and families. Your support has not only stocked the Uniform Shop with reusable bags but also inspired our entire community to think more sustainably.
The Eco Beasts' Vision Continues
While this project is complete, the Eco Beasts are already thinking of new ways to promote sustainability at school. Together, we’ve shown that teamwork and simple actions can lead to big changes for our planet. Thank you to the STA community again for being part of this journey. Remember, you and your child can change the world—one step at a time. Keep up the great work, St Andrews!
NAE Global Campus received a staggering 3,300 entries from 66 Nord Anglia schools all around the world, and one student from STA shone bright, winning Best in Show in the Art Music category: a big congratulations to Freya in Year 8 for her truly outstanding achievement and stellar performance!
High School Design and Technology students step outside the classroom to explore design and architecture in Bangkok. Year 8 students visited a uniquely designed café precinct, where they learned from the architect of the precinct himself how thoughtful use of materials, geometry, and landscaping can transform spaces. Meanwhile, Year 12 IB students explored the fusion of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship and the use of natural materials at the impressive studio of renowned Thailand-based architect Patrick Keane.
Sports Day in Primary School is a joyful and exciting event that brings the school community together to celebrate movement, teamwork, and fun. With a wide range of activities—from egg and spoon races to shot put throws—students in Primary compete in House teams, cheered on by teachers, families, and friends. The day encourages physical activity, builds good sportsmanship, and creates lasting memories, making it one of the most special days of the school year.
