School trips are beneficial for children in many ways: they help them acquire new knowledge while having fun and they strengthen the bonds between students in the same class.
Before the school holidays, the 5th and 6th graders from the Nyon campus had the opportunity to visit the Alimentarium in Vevey. The Alimentarium offers culinary workshops on various themes. Educational games and kitchen workshops, the students discovered different foods and prepared a menu which they then shared together.
Collaboration often leads to innovation – and for three days in May, a group of our Champittet students had the opportunity to experience just that with 200 students from across Europe at the NAE STEAM festival in Prague!
