Alex began working in education through STEM outreach in the UK, before moving to Tenerife to work in marine conservation research. In 2016, she moved to Southeast Asia to travel, before settling in Vietnam in 2017. For the past five years, she has worked at a private bilingual school in Hanoi in various positions, first as a Secondary Science Teacher, then as Head of Secondary Science, and for the past two years as International Program Director.
